The Rose Institute of State and Local Government cordially invites you to a presentation and discussion regarding our latest report on California’s 2011 redistricting and the new Citizens Redistricting Commission.
The conference, â€Changes and Challenges facing the Citizens Redistricting Commission,†will be held at the California Dental Association Rotunda (1201 K Street) in Sacramento on December 8, 2010, from 9:30 am until 11:30 am. The conference will address the following issues:

- Criteria and Public Outreach rules and options for the Commission [Douglas Johnson and Ken Miller (Rose Institute)]
