If it was too difficult for her team to verify and count eight ballots one night, “It’s just not being ready for the crunch,” he said.
On Nov. 15, the day after Dunmore delayed counting the final eight Ward 1 ballots, she had one team of about 10 people working on the 143 paper ballots cast at the polls countywide…
