Douglas Johnson on Dennis Mountjoy's Campaign for State Senate

From Fred Ortega’s article in the Pasadena Star-News:

“Counter to Mountjoy’s claims, political expert Douglas Johnson said that as a sitting politician, Huff has the advantage in name recognition in the battle for the 29th.

‘This is a name ID versus campaign battle,’ said Johnson, a fellow at the Rose Institute for State and Local Government at Claremont McKenna College. ‘To a large extent it will come down to turnout. Really small turnout will favor Mountjoy, while larger turnouts will help Huff.'”
