Rose's Kosmont survey cited in OC Register

A December 27th article at the OC Register cited the Rose Institute’s Kosmont Survey when discussing the top ten reasons why businesses leave California. Coming in at number nine was most expensive business locations, supported by the Kosmont’s findings that many California cities are among the most expensive in the nation in which to do business.

The list was compiled by Californian Joe Vranich. From ten to one it is:
