According to the Desert Sun of Palm Springs California, Professor Manfred Keil, the chair of the economics department at the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College, and a fellow with the Rose Institute, will be part of a panel at an economic outlook summit for the Coachella Valley.
